Privacy Policy

Effective: September 27, 2026

ADAH is a mobile application developed and operated by Jeffery Miner ("ADAH," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how ADAH uses information when you use the ADAH mobile application and related services.

Information ADAH uses

ADAH may use your email address, account identifier, chosen display name, and account role.

For a Driver, ADAH may record precise location, route, time, speed, heading, GPS quality, Driver-confirmed Safety Check answers, trip metrics, Family Rules, and drive-segment status.

Motion & Fitness information

Motion & Fitness information helps ADAH identify vehicle travel. ADAH may store derived activity classifications, confidence, timestamps, and sensor availability with a trip. ADAH does not upload continuous raw motion-sensor readings in production.

ADAH does not read messages, identify texting, or inspect activity inside other apps.

Background location

With permission, ADAH uses background location to detect drives and continue recording an active trip while the app is in the background or the screen is locked.

iOS controls background execution. If the Driver force-quits ADAH, ordinary background reporting stops until ADAH is opened again.

Connected Family sharing

A Driver may link a Parent through Connected Family.

While that connection is active, the linked Parent may access shared Driver information including trip status, route, Safety Check confirmations, Family Rule information, and trip metrics.

A Driver can revoke the Parent connection from within ADAH.

Storage

ADAH stores some trip information locally on the Driver's device and, when the user is signed in, synchronizes relevant information to ADAH's cloud infrastructure.

ADAH uses Supabase for authentication and cloud database storage.

Route maps on iOS use Apple Maps.

Analytics and advertising

ADAH does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.

Data retention

Local trip data may remain on the device until it is removed from the device, the user signs out through Account Settings, or the application is deleted.

Cloud data remains associated with the account while the account exists, unless otherwise removed as part of account deletion.

Account deletion

Users can permanently delete their ADAH account from within the application.

Deleting a Driver account removes the associated ADAH account, profile, Driver trips, locations, events, Family Rules, and monitoring status from ADAH's cloud systems.

If a Parent deletes their account, Parent access ends. Driver-owned trips and data remain associated with the Driver account.

Security

ADAH uses authenticated accounts and access controls to restrict information to authorized users. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children and young Drivers

ADAH is intended for use by families, including new Drivers. Parents and guardians should review ADAH's use of location and driving information with their Driver.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as ADAH changes. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are made.
